The Yangcheon Welfare Center for the Disabled was opened in 2005 equipped with the latest facilities. It supports the disabled by improving their ability to live independently so that they can live according to their own free will .  

In addition, it operates 'Repair Center for Technical Aid for the Disabled' for the poor & severely disabled mainly in local autonomous bodies all over the country making efforts to ensure the mobility of the disabled.
